Description
The head is white, fine and very compact. The appearance is distinctive: pale amber in colour, it reveals a particularly malty character. The nose is richly fragrant, offering a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and typical, very fruity fermentation aromas. Bottle re-fermentation gives it a unique aroma due to the yeast. Its taste is powerful, and its mouthfeel exceptional. This is due as much to its density as to its prolonged maturation. An aperitif and refreshing in summer, flavourful in winter, it asserts itself as the tasting beer par excellence.
