St-Feuillien Grand Cru 6 x 75cl

An extra-blonde tasting beer, refermented in the bottle, the Grand Cru has a powerful personality, the quintessence of the noblest hops and the finest fermentation aromas. It particularly stands out from the other beers in the range by the absence of spices. Its head is very white, fine and airy; it laces beautifully. With a very pale blonde color, the body is remarkable for its clarity and brilliance. The nose is a cascade of hop aromas sprinkled with fruity notes, combining both subtlety and richness. On the palate, the first sip is initially light and contrasting, then a long, nuanced and flattering bitterness emerges. The hoppy character (predominantly Styrian Golding type) dominates the aftertaste, prolonged by a post-bitterness of beautiful intensity.
