This top-fermented beer, re-fermented in the bottle, releases a subtle palette of citrus aromas, partly due to dry hopping with Citra hops.

Its color is a warm, very bright, clear golden blonde. The head is fine and compact.

A beer for all seasons, it is at once an aperitif, refreshing, and flavorful. Like Grisette Blonde, it undergoes no biochemical treatment; it is certified naturally gluten-free and organic.
