St-Feuillien Cuvée de Noël Magnum 4 x 1,5L

A recipe developed over 50 years ago! (1969)

The head develops generously; it is compact and stable. Its slightly brownish color comes from roasted barley. The body is a deep ruby brown. On the nose, the aromatic release is very intense. The aromatics contribute largely to this appealing aroma. The beer is round. Sweetness is produced by a synergistic combination of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation, and a long cold conditioning. Bitterness remains in the background; it supports a harmonious whole, built on the balance of its components.
