This limited edition combines tradition and festive spirit, paying tribute to over half a century of brewing expertise. Beneath its deep ruby-brown colour, this characterful beer develops a generous, compact, and stable head. Its slightly brownish reflections come from roasted barley, while the nose reveals an intense aromatic bouquet, dominated by spicy and warming notes. On the palate, the roundness and malty sweetness harmonise thanks to the perfect combination of caramelised malts, carefully controlled fermentation, and long cold maturation.
